  • How fast can you place a senior contractor?

    Bench-eligible roles: 3-7 business days to a shortlist of 2-3 candidates. Specialized roles (regulated stacks, niche platforms, cleared work): 10-14 days. We won't put a candidate forward who isn't billable in week one.

  • What time zones do your teams cover?

    US business hours from Glen Ellyn and Dallas. Asia-Pacific or follow-the-sun coverage from Manila. Onshore-only delivery — for regulated data, sensitive IP, or workshops on Pacific time — runs through Boomerang USA.

  • What's the minimum engagement?

    Staff augmentation through ISG On-Demand: 3 months. Offshore delivery through ISG Global: 6 months. Onshore project work through Boomerang USA: per-SOW, no fixed minimum.

  • Do you sign MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs?

    Standard practice. We work off your paper or ours. Mutual NDA before scope discussions; MSA before placement; DPA where the engagement touches regulated personal data. Procurement-friendly turnaround.

  • How do W2 conversion and co-employment work?

    Conversion is handled on a published schedule that pro-rates against the contractor's time on engagement — no surprise fees at month thirteen. Co-employment risk is managed through our domestic entity; we hold the employment relationship until conversion lands.
